How exciting, on the same month I resigned from my teaching post after a 5 year career break, I’m about to write my first course and get back into teaching. I figured since I have a Degree and H.Dip in Education and have almost 10 years experience under my belt teaching teenagers, I’m hoping teaching willing adults should be a little easier. What was to be a hobbie/homebaker career break, I can’t believe I’m about to open my first commercial cake studio, where we’ve also purpose built a space to provide classes. I can’t wait to get started and teach you the skills and techniques I’ve learned, tweaked and re-tweaked over the years.

I’ve a few things I’m working on but really want to hear from you, so that I deliver on something that will be truly creative and knowledgable while helping you grow and develop your skills and techniques.
