Ideal Characteristics;
Are you fun, driven and creative with a passion and flair for baking and cake design? Do you have an eye for detail and a flair for contemporary designs? We are looking for someone fun and friendly, with a desire to excel in baking and cake design. Are you hard working and enthusiastic? Are you capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines? Are you willing to help others and be a team player? Do you have an understanding of ingredients, enjoy eating out and experimenting with flavour. Do you appreciate art and design?
Qualifications;
2 years experience in a commercial kitchen as a full time baker and cake designer of buttercream cakes. Ideally, experience in working with ganache and fondant also. Full Drivers licence required.
