Our briefs are not always the easiest but Caroline really listens and takes everything on board with seamless execution from sketching her vision to experiential cake tastings with our clients.

Caroline uses the best quality ingredients, which make her cakes so delicious.

Finally, food hygiene is a big must to me when working with this style of vendor and Caroline meets all our criteria and more.

We cannot thank you enough for the extraordinary wedding cake that you made for our celebration. It was enjoyed on both the wedding day, and at the barbecue we held the following day. The visual design of the cake was a major topic of conversation at our dinner–and when the cake was cut and served, the acclaim for the flavours was overwhelming. Many fruitcake connoisseurs declared that it simply was the greatest fruitcake they’d ever tasted. And the lemon cake disappeared almost immediately, the demand was so great. And John didn’t even get to taste the chocolate cake, as it went so fast as well!

All in all, a one-of-a-kind cake inside and out. It was a pleasure to work with you over the last few months leading up to the day,and a true delight to enjoy the fruits of your labour. We will certainly be recommending you far and wide.
