I am passionate about creating contemporary, sharp and innovative designs while maintaining the elegance of the more classic styles. I always meet with clients to discuss their theme, colour palette, style and flavours. I believe this is the only way to get to know the couple’s individually and showcase their personality in their cake. I will always endeavour to set your wedding cake apart from the rest and we will explore various styles before designing your own special cake. Although I specialize in sugar flowers, I enjoy variety and creating something a bit different, a wedding cake that’s not just a cake but also a centerpiece.
