My philosophy for waste is something I’ve always abided by and a core principle in so many areas of my life. Put simply, I hate waste. It saddens me to think of so much food that is thrown away everyday. For this reason, all wedding cakes are made to order, no sheet cakes or off cuts here!  Although my general waste is low, due to composting food waste and recycling where possible, I am striving towards a zero general waste policy.  We always strive to use seasonal and irish products thus doing our bit to reduce our carbon footprint.
